50% of 16GB RAM being used?

I've had 16GB RAM for a while now, after 8GB was supposedly not enough after getting 'Low Memory' warnings when having lots of programs open. However, I just noticed that my computer's currently using 50% of the memory, even though it's only taking up ~2GB:

According to system information, 16GB is installed so I'm not sure what's up.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Check under the performance tab and see how much the computer is caching. Don't know too much about it because I don't use Windows 10, but apparently a high cache is okay.http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2565473/windows-caching-5gb-worth-memory.html

Here you go:

I looked through the web and a lot of people are saying that it could be memory leaks associated with bad drivers when on Windows 10. I can't find an article that matches your symptoms directly so you may want to try upgrading all of your drivers just to be safe. Seems to be network drivers are a big one if you have a Killer network card.

I only have an on-board network card, but what you said seems most likely the case judging by these adapters that I didn't even realise were there:
