[SOLVED] 50% ram used at idle

I have an HP 15-da0017nx with 8gb of ram, the problem is that 50% (4.1 Gb) of the ram is used at idle and it doesn't change at all, games are stuttering and there's a lot of frame drops
I also noticed that there is shared memory for the GPU so I think this might be the problem

Yes, They are dedicated memory, so it will decrease your RAM.

To make sure, download the GPU-Z, and check the "Memory Size".

why does it decrease my ram if it's dedicated, shouldn't it be for the GPU only?
maybe the shared memory is for the integrated Intel HD 620

Can you show a screenshot in Task Manager -> Performance tab -> Memory page?
