$50 water cooling

I wouldn't bother. I doubt you can do much with that budget, and it would be noisier and less effective than a similar priced air cooler.

Water cooling is only really effective in the high end.

Do not think you will find a water cooling setup even close to that. Even the sealed AIO units cost more than that and none of them that I have ever seen come in anything but black tubing. A $50 dollar budget is not much more than most good air cooled units cost.

I wouldn't bother, the H55 is noisy and ineffective compared to a good air cooler.
