I was thinking something between these 2 systems :

Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600 - 35$
ASRock B75 PRO3-M - 70$
Intel Pentium G2120 Ivy Bridge 3.1GHz LGA 1155 - 95$
overall : 520$
(The Intel G2120 ill change in 1-2 years because i'm on a budged atm , maybe ill add one more HD 7870)

2: SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition OC 1GB - 140$
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB - 80$
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600 - 35$

(In future thinking of adding one more HD 7770)
