So, if you do not want a monitor then this build is the best for the price. I hope you like it. If there is anything you feel like changing then feel free to ask me. This is a good build for that budget.
So, here is the build you should go for. Getting a 18.5 inch monitor is a no brainer as much better 1080p 23 inch monitor from Asus is available for like just 25 dollars more, so i included the 23 inch Asus Monitor. Also since you wanted to stick to Intel, hence the best i could have got in the price was the i3 3220 with a 2GB 650 Ti boost. It is very good though, should serve you good for most of the time. So here is the build :
IF you can add a monitor, he said. Plus, mine has a Haswell i5; that i3 is pretty much junk for gaming.
that is not true, a i3 will do fine in gaming and even a pentium g860 will do u good even though its a dual core. at this price point the g860 will be fine and there is no need for a cpu upgrade unless you are going to upgrade this system or mainly the graphics card. there are 560ti's out there for around 130$ which will do you completely fine in gaming

Okay, so i did not noticed the "IF". Thank you for pointing that out. Let's see what i can plan without the monitor. It is better to have him both the options.
