That leaves you $65, so you could bump the CPU up to the 3570k for $20 more and figure a $20 3rd party CPU cooler if you want to have the option to overclock later (which I really don't think will be necessary). You could also squeeze a 120GB SSD in for that much if you keep an eye out for good deals. You could pick a different case or PSU if you prefer too. Or, you could just pocket the cash.

The best case in this price range is probably the Antec One.
There's CAS 8 RAM for only 1 dollar more, which is a better deal.
The 7850 is underpowered for this pricepoint.
