Approximate Purchase Date: Within the next two weeks I should hopefully be purchasing parts. I’m currently selling all of my console gaming items to build.

Budget Range: 500-600$ Before Rebates/After Shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming: Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto 5, Fortnite and some light Photoshop/Blender work adventually.

Are you buying a monitor: No

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon due to Prime/Free Shipping

Location: Davenport, Iowa, USA

Parts Preferences: Well, I’ve read that Intel CPUs are better for Minecraft, but whatever floats your boat. Recently I was looking at a Ryzen 3 2200G, but apparently it’s not that great for Minecraft, or GTA.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080p but I plan on getting a monitor soon so it may change .

Additional Comments: I don’t need anything that looks crazy, just runs amazing for the price. Everything I’ll be using/playing: Minecraft, GTA, Fortnite, Photoshop, Blender

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I just want to get out of the console loop. Instead of spending 500$ every 3 years I’d rather spend it on a part upgrade every year

If your budget can stretch to $615, then you'd be pleased with this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gFbJYT. It features a Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB RAM, an RX 580 8GB and a Samsung 970 Evo M.2 SSD among the specs.
For $560, you can get pretty much the same, but a Ryzen 5 1600 and RX 580 4GB. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZC47zY
And if you go to the bottom of your budget, for $500, we have https://pcpartpicker.com/list/C3g6YT. It has a Ryzen 2400g with integrated graphics. This one does, however, make room for much better RAM (same GB however).
As for Intel, for $600 you can get this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wpDLtg It has worse RAM and storage than the AMD options, and features an i5-9400f along with 8GB RAM and an RX 580 8GB.
Alternatively, you could drop to $560 with an RX 570 8GB https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PpDLtg

I know you wanted all Amazon as it has free shipping, but these prices include shipping and you'd end up paying more going only Amazon.
Personally, I'd recommend going with either of the first two Ryzen options, preferably the first one if your budget can make it. However, I've done 5 builds so you have lots of choice here.

Shopping from Amazon and between $500-$600 before discounts. It's light on storage space, but, hopefully, you can adjust that later

Edit: I would also note that the new generation of Ryzen processors are due out today (7/7/19), but I doubt they will be within your budget range.
