500-600$ Streaming Budget Build

so im looking to get a PC to stream/game. my budget is around 500-600$. I know people are iffy when it comes to AMD but i would like a AMD cpu, 500gb harddrive minimum. at least 8gb of Ram, and a Geforce 750 Ti or R9 for gfx, other opinions and options are welcome. i plan on streaming CPU intensive games such as Total War: Warhammer. also a way to contact the builder or information on how to actually go about ordering a custom build is appreciated.

You could build with AMD, but for a gaming/streaming rig, I would advise against it, especially with the games you have in mind. Won't game as well, and has no upgrade path. The RX 470 and GTX 1060 will be out soon, you should check those out in lieu of the 960.

Does your budget need to cover a monitor, OS and any other peripherals? As BadActor said an AMD CPU isn't a great idea at the moment, that might all change when AM4/Zen arrives but I assume you don't want to wait until then just for AMD?

I would suggest the Skylake i3 will even outperform any FX chip you might buy, if you look at the CPU scaling below you can see that the A10 and the 8350 perform exactly the same, clearly the game isn't using all the cores properly. In other benchmarks you can see an overclock on an i5 gives it a decent FPS boost which suggests it benefits most from fast cores rather than lots of them.

The other benefit of Skylake is that you can upgrade the i3/i5 to something more powerful as Kabylake uses the same socket, something you won't be able to do with either an FM2+ or AM3 CPU.

Great build. Maybe swap the 960 for an RX480, but this would be a solid build.
