I have a old build that I updated about a year back.
I threw a corsair 430 watt psu and a gtx 660 sc from evga.
Well the build is now lagging because of the cpu and lack of good ram.
So I decided the graphics hard drive and power supply can carry over to a new build.

So I have $600 max budget and already have my psu graphics and a wd 1 terabyte hd.

Now bear in mind I have a 430 watt so if I go amd I will need a new psu.
Amd is good and cheap in its own right but I prefer Intel and Intel has lower power consumption.

You may still suggest amd if you so wish but I may not pick it.

I do YouTube recording and uploading and mostly play world of tanks and war thunder.

Most demanding game I own is outlast.

So can someone fill in the gaps and get me a good build suggestion?
I don't want a new graphics my 660 will do for now.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
The 970 build would be would be better. I would reuse your case, for now, if you can. Something like this, is what I would do. The GTX 970 I chose, uses a bit less power, being that it only uses a single 6 pin PCI-E connector, and won't have any clearance issues with your current case. Sell your 660, then pick up a better PSU. Your current PSU will be ok, in the short term.
