Messed up again, didn't include the 1060 3G.
1400 is 4C/4T, 1500X is 4C/8T. That's the difference, apart from a bit higher stock clocks on the 1500X.

What do you mean by that? If you want to connect your PC to some Wi-Fi, you should by a Wi-Fi adapter, otherwise you're good.
