500$ Budget Editing PC (Holiday Assistance)

I need a new PC That can Render Cinema4d and After Effects at decent speeds. Getting the parts for my brother and he needs a new pc. He wants at least and i5 and a decent videocard. No need to include OS becuase i have windows 7. It would also be better if i could get all parts from one site. Really tight budget. Willing to go around 20$ more than 500. I have to pay for other christmas presents aswell. Thanks
