$500 Budget for Gaming Monitor(s)

Hey guys!

So, I've got the rest of my parts picked out for my new gaming PC. I'll be using the i5 2500k, and the nVidia 580 3GB (with hopes of getting another nVidia 580 3GB in SLI by Christmas).

I have $500 set aside in my budget for displays. What do you recommend I do?

Well, I'm really open to anything, at this point.

I understand my options to be:
24"-ish IPS monitor
24"-ish 120hz monitor
2x 23.6"-ish LED monitors

I really don't know which would be most beneficial for me. I will be almost exclusively gaming with this setup.
