500$ Budget Holiday Gaming PC

Hello! My son wants a new computer to be able to record with his elgato, edit his videos with after effetcs, and make his 3d intros with Cinema 4D. I need everything except OS. i have a copy of Windows 7 From Work. Thank You!

A little under budget so if your willing to go over get a i5 4460 in there but otherwise great build for programing and gaming.

avoid going for a mobo and case bundle, This is getting the i5 in for the sameish price and the 270x is really going to pull it's wight in games.

Hes not really willing to go over 500 so i decided for a bundle. And hes not going to be doing loads of gaming. mabye a title here or there. nothing serious. Should i change it up?
