So I've been reading a lot about building your own PC and I thought that maybe I could try it. I only have very basic knowledge from reading online articles and friends so I'm wondering if anybody could give any advice on this build that I've created, whether it's okay or just a disaster. (One of my friends told me the cpu would bottleneck the gpu but I'm not sure) Thanks.
Here's the build:

Solution
G3258 + 750ti are a good budget combo imho. Personally I would not want the OEM version of 8.1. Unless you need the storage I'd get an SSD instead of the mechanical HDD... that is my 2 cents.
there wouldn't be a bottleneck, since both the CPU and GPU are pretty weak. if it was me, i would try to squeeze some more money and get a Z97 motherboard (both for overclocking since the G3258 is unlocked, and for future CPU upgrades) and also get a GPU that is SLI capable such as the GTX 960. both of these would require a stronger PSU as well...

EDIT: forget SLI since its ITX (just occurred to me). just get the strongest card you can afford.
