My friend is looking for a PC for school, it needs to be powerful enough to run programs for his engineering classes. This PC won't be used for gaming. School only, he has a big budget because he doesn't know how much money he needs to spend on this. It has to be a desktop. He doesn't know how to put PC together so If someone could help find a prebuilt that would be very nice.
I don't know much about the programs he has to run but one is a 3d and the other is 2d, he is going to a career center.
