500 euro gaming pc prebuilt

my freind does not want to build a pc, he has a budget of 500 including shipping to Ireland
this is what i have so far on a website where you can choose the parts and they build it for you he is not sue whether his monitor is 780p or 1080p and he would like to play arma 2 , skyrim, and fallout 3 on mid to high settings
