so my pc died on me and now i need something to replace it my budget is $500 however i have a case:http://azzatek.com/csaz-301.html and a hdd i cant say wich one tough i would prefer dual screen capability if thats possible and i would love if it could run WoW

I went with a 260x and a solid state drive as your boot drive.
 
If you want more graphics power, and can stretch your budget to $550, I would suggest this build. I just took out the SSD and went with the very powerful 285 GPU.

Actually, I would just go with this build. It will give you the best gaming performance, and you can always just add a solid state drive when you can come up with $60.
