$500 Gaming PC Build HELP

I'm looking for a strong PC to play games on high settings like GTA 5. I'm looking for a good processor (preferably intel) and a good gpu. If you can find me a nice case/colourful one (preferably not black). Then that would be amazing. Thank you to anyone that can do this for me.

Do you need an OS? And is it $500 MAX or about $500. If there is a few more dollars to through at it, could make the difference in an i5 build or an i3 build.

This is a good gaming build, with room to grow, upgrade the GPU when you get a chunk of change.

For $507 drop the i5 for the Intel Core i3-4170 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor and make the processor your first upgrade.
