I think that this will be better,

This one has a better case.
This one has a better motherboard for overclocking.
if you are able to go up to $550 could you add a cooler for overclocking,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/zalman-cpu-cooler-cnps10xoptima
or a bigger hdd,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st1000dm003
Downside is that it has "only" 4gb's of ram like that first (intel) build.Right now is 8gb's recommended. The motherboard has 4 ram slots so adding 4gb's (or even 8) is possible.

The other build i was looking at,
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jXcjsY
this one has 8gb of ram.
Same imo crappy case from my first (intel) build.
The motherboard should you be able to overclock on,but...

We will have to wait for him to decide. Honestly though, you can find Windows codes for cheaper. The build can always be edited to 1x4 GB RAM and a 500GB HDD instead.

EDIT: Oh Wait I thought he meant everything but keyboard, monitor, speakers etc but he just means anything but a keyboard. It's going to be a difficult story then.

No that's not what he said learn to read and the links I posted includes everything he is asking for.
I need everything exept a keyboard. Monitor, pc, mouse, speakers.

Lol, so he said that he needs everything except keyboard, monitor, pc, mouse, speakers. Ooooh i get know , he doesn't need anything. Are you joking? You should learn how to read, since punctuation is a very important part of the process.

It's confusing because there is a dot after keyboard, not a comma. It could be that he accidentally used a dot instead of a comma there. If that's the case then my first build is still an option for him aswell then.

The motherboard should you be able to overclock on,but has no cooling on the vrm which is a shame.

For a gpu nowadays is 2gb of vram recommended, but at this performance level am i not sure it's really going to matter, imo will you be fine until you can get a better gpu in the future. The only somewhat able gpu with 2gb's of vram within your budget is the next,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r7250x2gd5
the r7 260X is imo that much better that it nullifies the advantage of 1gb vram extra.I would stck with that one,but wanted to give you the option anyway.

Late reply but why do you think that build is better? The Intel build has a better upgrade path and performance is atleast on par wit the Athlon. The GTX 750 Ti will only just outperform the R7 260X in most games and consumes significiantly less plus there is 8GB RAM in there. All that and the build costs quite a bit less than your build.

To absolutely future proof his build he could've gone with a 650-750w power supply and he was golden really. No needs for overclocking that way either.
