I am currently looking to build an atx form factor gaming PC in the $500-$550 range that can run most games on high settings. I also do some YouTube so if I would like to maintain higher fps rates while Recording.
 
What you want is not possible in that budget. However, you can get high FPS on medium settings with this build...

You can get within your budget by changing the 1050ti with 1050, but that will affect your settings and FPS as well.
 
With the GPU prices being incredibly high atm, and that small budget, it's kinda hard to build something that will play anything you throw at it on High while streaming/recording... In 1080p that is...
