500 gb 840 EVO vs. 850 PRO 256 gb for just gaming

So I already have an SSD for my OS and I want another just for speeding up my game load times, and to help out DayZ. The 840 evo is up for 180, while the 850 pro is 150. The games I play don't add up to anywhere near 256gb. But is the 500gb a good deal for 180? Or is the 850 pro way faster? Thanks

I doubt you will notice any real difference. There might be benchmark differences, but in real world terms, you will never notice.
