So $300 since Win 7 cost $100 and a cheap Monitor cost $100

This is my first build and I don't have a power cord for the power supply. . .

Is there any other power supply with the same performance for around that price?

You can find some on Newegg

ill take on this challenge brb

Rosewill FBM-01 2 Fan Micro-atx case 30$
Acer 18.5" monitor 80$
Corsair Builder series 430w 45$
G.skill NS 2x2gb 23$
WD caviar Blue 500gb +asus Drive 80$
Pentium G620 2.6 ghz + ECS H61 mobo 110$

total: 381.61 (351.61 if you apply for the rebates)

Amazons Home Premium win 7 96.48

total: 478.09$ (428.09$ after rebate)

the only thing im missing is a gpu. i give you the option to pick a gpu, before or after you get your rebate money back. if you get the rebate money, get a radeon 6670. if not, hold off on buying a gpu and use the pentium g620's integrated graphics for a short amount of time till you can afford a decent one

if you want to be a real stickler on budget, but a refurbished/used HDD/Monitor and gamble the heck that it works. its much cheaper
