$500 Office PC build

I'm building a computer for my dad's office for work such as printing, scanning, and using web applications. It's not going to be used for anything too specialized. I'm not too experienced with planning builds so I would really appreciate some help.

I found a build online and tinkered with it. Overall, it should come to about $450. Could you give your opinion on it or if there are any better alternatives?

I think 8 GB of RAM is way to much for office go for 1 stick of 4 GB then if you are ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231423 )going to play games or edit photos etc. buy the second one. Also just one stick of memory means single channel so there is some performance loss, you could try a 2x2GB ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231394 ).
Try a smaller HDD a 500GB one, the HDD prices are high. And I think you could buy this case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811154109 instead of that you want right now,again you want a office build not a gaming, editing etc. so.
