500 or less pc to play minecraft with lots of mods

I can not make it at home so I will need Tito be fom a website that pre makes them then sends them but I would like your help to make a good gameing pc. I would like said gameing pc to cost no more than 500 with screen. I won't play much more than minecraft but I would very much like to use mods while doing so.

(I may also play some bio shock infinite or indi games)
