This is a link to my gaming PC build, http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Jackson_Alatorre/saved/bPGdnQ

I want to know if this build will give me the best performance for a cheap price, I also want to know if my cpu cooler will be able to handle the heat given off by overclocking my CPU to over 4.0 GHZ. Please let me know, I know the cpu cooler and cpu have great ratings, and i'm sure they will do fine, but i'm looking for more professional help!

- Thanks!

Solution
CPU Cooler - The TX3 will keep the G3258 in check.
MEM - Great deal on the low latency DDR3-1866 modules below. Don't miss out!
HD - The Seagate performs a bit better.
CASE - IMHO, the 200R below is a better case (airflow) in that price range.
PSU - Stick with something from XFX or Seasonic.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor ($59.99 @ Micro Center)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($12.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($95.66 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)...
Since it looks like you adjusted the budget to $600 I made some changes. Changed PSU (forget CX series), RAM, and GPU. The case I included has a front blue LED fan and 2 other case fans. You could add more side fans. (case has USB 2.0 in front not 3.0, otherwise great. Still can use rear USB 3.0)

Buy that RAM asap. It's a great value and the performance..wow.
