500$ pc build with windows 7

Hi, I need a new PC, and I was actually looking for the components when I realized I have a not-so-much-technological family that uses still Windows 7, and that some new components (like processors/motherboards) support only Win 10. Since I prefer Win 7 instead of 10 too, Can someone show me a 500$ pc build that can work with this OS? I would love a gtx 1050 ti in it,but just if it's possible.

Get a 2nd hand pc.
I don't think you can get win 7 now
