[SOLVED] $500 PC for Starcraft 2

Hey guys, I'm planning to build a PC just for Starcraft 2 (high to ultra setting) and few other games with low requirements. I know that this game requires a powerful CPU for high setting, but I'm unsure about the GPU. My budget is $500 and here is the build:

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2400G 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock - B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston - HyperX Fury 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Storage: ADATA - Ultimate SU650 120 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: *Seagate - BarraCuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI - GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2 GB Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Total: $497.53 .

I have limited options in the place where I'm at, so it's really difficult to find the components I really want, which is the reason why I left the PC case blank and I chose 550W instead of the 450W for my PSU..

So, what do you guys think? Is the build powerful enough to play SC2 at 60 FPS and at high setting?

Yes, I don't live in the states. I converted the currency so that people have a rough idea of the budget.

Please provide country and budget in local currency. PC prices in the US are fairly low compared to other countries.

For example:
Ryzen 2600 = $150
B450 mobo = $65
2x8GB DDR4-3000 = $90
Corsair CX550 = $30
Crucial MX500 500GB SSD = $55
AMD RX570 4GB = $120
Case = $30
Subtotal = $550

Also, if you know of any local websites you'd be shopping at, provide those also.
