500 U.S Dollar budget Gaming Rig

I'm planning to buy my computer rig but with a limited budget of only $500
Can you please advice me which parts should I pick?

For starters, I don't need a Hard drive and optical drive as I will get these two from my old PC.

Don't go micro ATX if you want easy upgrades in future, and don't get that motherboard if you want to upgrade to an 8 core in future...
