500 w psu for rx 470 is enough ?

Addition components are 2 HDD, one ssd, 2 DVD drives, phenom II 965 BE 125 Watt, sync master 943n ( my resolution is 1280x1024), asrock 970 pro 3 motherboard.
I actually do not have cash to buy a new psu.
I ran 560 ti for 3 years.

Specs on that psu seem to be quite good! I would say it would be fine.

The RX 470 uses 50 less watts than the 560ti you were using so it should be fine. Not a very good power supply but it should function.
