Hello,
I have a extra 500 watt High Power bronze rated power supply. The issue I am having is the motherboard does not post at all. No sounds but the power light blinks red(fairly slowly) and the CPU fan works the GPU light comes on and fan spins but no sounds from the post.
I have a watt outlet plug in and I connect the power supply to the killawatt display and it only reflects 14 on avg (range is 12 - 16 watts) coming from the power supply.
I don't know exactly how to read this but is the power supply bad? or is my issue more related to the motherboard?
