Hi everyone. I've posted on here about gaming build a long time ago and now need a hand building a PC for my parents (see the info above). It really doesn't need to be too flashy, but just needs to run smoothly and relatively quickly (for the necessary tasks).

Normally I'd say AMD would be much better in this situation but they seem to have been much harder hit by price hikes from covid-19. Fitting in a monitor as well and it's a little tight. Something on the used market on say Gumtree would perform better but if you must then I'd say this: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/3yhxk6 . The cheapest monitor is $140 and it's absolute crap, wouldn't pay more than $20 for it. Please just get a monitor of gumtree or ebay. If you have say another $200 you could get an RX 570 as well and be able to game at 1080p on medium or high. The linked system won't be doing much gaming beyond candy crush and really old games which might be fine for you. Any questions please quote and reply.
