5000$ desktop build 2017 help

Hey guys. So i'm going to build a new PC in early 2017, and my budget is around 5000$, including a 4K 144 Hz monitor and a UPS which i also need help to choose. So what components should i get? Which is more reliable than the other (Asus, MSI, EVGA…)? Where's the best place to purchase in the US (amazon, newegg, outletpc…)?

P.S: i prefer NVIDIA and Intel rather than AMD
