I5 processor? why not an i7 since its an eyefinity setup... and also i live in place where it hits 35-40 degree Celsius air cooler won't be helpful much.

LOL VMN. That monitor is NOT 4k, that's a 1440p monitor. There's a huge difference between the two.
Currently, most 4k monitors are at least $1000 and up. Right now, the only sub-$1000 4k monitor is the 28" one from Dell: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=210-ACHO

OP, what kind of rendering will you be doing? Is it intense? Do you do it often? Or is it more like a hobby kind of thing?
