Question 50000 ping in games but can stream and watch videos perfectly on browser

So my internet has totally shit itself, got 50000 ping in PoE, LoL and discord but i can watch streams on browser and 4k videos on youtube no problem. i only see the ping change on discord when i actually start the games also i download at my regular full speed. What has happened here?

Test with another device it could be software on the pc. The so called "game" accelerator software tends have strange problems like that if you it installed. If it affecting the actual network and you can see it on another device then it must be traffic related in some way.
