500W Enough ?

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 OC:ed 3.6ghz
GFX:GTX 770 Msi 2gb
Sabertooth 990fx first version motherboard
OCZ 8gb ram
Watercooling.
PSU: 500w, two 12v rail with total amount of 40 amps

I'm wondering if i could oc my cpu to around 4ghz "To reduce the bottleneck" Going to upgrade to fx 8350 in 2-3 months. And ofcourse i'm going to upgrade my psu in the same time.

It'll be more than enough, a 4770k and a 780 can be run on 550w with OC and reaching about 430w or so...

Depends on the quality of the power supply.

If it's a CX500 I wouldn't overclock with it.
