[SOLVED] 500W EVGA 80 PLUS ENOUGH FOR RX 5700 XT?

Hi there,
Is 500w enough for the Rx 5700 XT? I want to upgrade some components of my pc including the cpu, i gonna buy the R5 3600, the mobo, and a GPU, thinking to buy the RX 5700 Xt, but should i upgrade my PSU first and buy a gpu later, i currently have a GTX 1060 3GB or is 500w enough for that GPU and CPU? My budget is around $600
