500W ok for an i7 6700 and rx 580?

I was looking to get some parts to upgrade my computer which means that I need to upgrade from my 260w power supply in order to change my graphics card. Would 500W be enough to power my i7 6700 and a radeon rx 58)?

As long as it's a QUALITY PSU, not some cheap brand. What make/model PSU are you looking at?

I'm looking at a corsair vs550 because I have used corsair products before and they seemed like a quality brand but I haven't had a psu from them before.
