500w Power Supply Enough For This Build?

So I recently purchased a few things which include:

My current specs consist of:
Core 2 Quad Q8300 @2.5 GHz
3 GB DDR3 RAM (Going to upgrade to Corsair Vengeance 8 GB)
500 GB HDD
GTX 460 Superclocked 700mhz>867mhz

I was wondering if, for the new build, would the PSU be enough to enable overclocking the CPU?

500 watts will be fine so long as it is a reliable brand power supply, such as corsair, antec, seasonic, xfx, etc.
