500W Power supply enough?

Hi I am upgrading my pc soon currently I have
GPU: ATI radeon 5770 sapphire 1GB
CPU: i5 750 at stock speed with stock cooler
RAM: 4gb F3-10666CL8D-4GBRM ripjaws
PSU: Silencer 500W EPS12V 80 bronze

I want upgrade my GPU first to a GTX 960 4gb preferably MSI and to over clock my i5 750 to about 3.6GHZ and wondering if my 500W is enough for it. After that I will add or replace the current RAM to 8GB and get a SSD. When I do over clock my cpu I will use either a EVO 212 or H100i AIO.

Well on the psu that what it says PC power and cooling silencer 500W and Mobo is Gigabyte P55M-UD2 built this comp like 4-5 years ago

Your 500W PSU should be sufficient. Check out http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2478892/alternatives-hyper-212-evo-budget-cooling.html for some higher bang/buck cooler alternatives. The Hyper212 EVO is not a bad cooler, but it is a bang/buck Loser.
