I recently bought Acer Gaming Desktop Predator Orion 3000 PO3-620

The specs:

Intel Core i7-10700 2.90 GHz
16 GB DDR4 2666 MHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8 GB GDDR6
PSU 500W

I noticed the graphics card for RTX 3070 has a minimum PSU spec of 650W after I purchased. The prebuilt PC stock PSU is 500W. You might be thinking just upgrade your PSU straight up BUT I can't find anything that is compatible to the motherboard of the PC ATX12VO.

Is it possible to use it only for this PC with RTX 3070 and PSU 500W for just mining? will it work properly or will I encounter any problems?

Corsair seems to have an adapter cable for their PSUs, for use with 12V-only motherboards as you have

Thanks for sharing the links,

about the list of GPU it shows that mining power watts for RTX 3070 is 123W and the peak power of the RTX 3070 is 243W

Will it still cause a problem when using 500W PSU only for mining?
No idea. It will completely depend of the quality of the said 500 W PSU.
That said, as you know, NVIDIA suggests 650 min for a 3070

It's enough. Acer don't use a PSU that can't run the system. It's a decent unit made by LiteOn.
It's not easy to find a replacement for that PSU since it's a 12vO with 12vSB.

OEM cards are not the same as the retail cards. Dell, for example, uses a 3070 from MSI that only needs a single 8-pin and a single 6-pin and that only draws 220W. That is enough to make it work with Dell's 500W PSU. Any other 3070 card that uses a 12-pin or two 8-pins, will not work with with a Dell 500W PSU because it will draw at least 30W more than the OEM card.

So does it mean that 500W from Acer pre built PC is enough for the RTX 3070?
