Only pick that PSU if you aren't planning on doing much more than browsing the internet and light media (no graphics intensive games). The CX line is known for using low-quality components and is not meant for gaming.

Doesn't necessarily have to be Seasonic branded. Seasonic makes plenty of PSU's, for other vendors. Superflower built PSU's are great too. Best bet is to stick with Tier1 and Tier 2 units. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
