I've been wanting to undervolt my card (ASUS TUF 5090 non-OC) but I'm running into a weird issue. My stock voltage/frequency curve looks much different than other people with the same card.
Here is what mine looks like in MSI Afterburner (the dark grey line):
Here is someone else's curve with the exact same card:
As you can see, at 875mV, my stock frequency is at about 1575MHz, but the other curve at 875mV is at about 2250MHz. There is one other person who has a similar curve as mine so I'm trying to see if it's a bigger issue. The card still performs great, hits <500w at 90% power limit, and never goes above 65c. But I want to undervolt and this is making it difficult.
So - is there an issue? Their undervolt is +393 MHz, but to reach the same frequency, mine would need to be about +800MHz which just seems wrong.
