So I just bought second hand Canon 1000D with 56K on shutter.
I am worried if it is going to die or will it last me 1-2y years.
I am just going into photography and trying to earn some money later from it.
But for now it is just a hobby and I will take like 100 shots weekly

Shutter trips is only one aspect to a camera's lifespan. Water and dust are also big contributers to the demise of photo equipment. If this was used in a studio vs on a beach makes a big difference.
The 1000D is an entry level camera. You should use it as a teaching tool. Understand what EVERY function does. Then look for some adult education classes in photography. That will help you with training your eye to see things that make good photos...

It will last, right up until it dies.

There is no real way to predict.

This gives 100,000 for that camera:

Here, a different take on it:

The real cost of photo equipment is the lenses.

There is a MTBF which is a guesstimation when the shutters will likely fail, this is also true of every device that are subject to any rigorous use. It could easily fail on the first actuation of the shutter from the photographer, or it could last as long as 10 years or more, who knows, it's just a lottery
