5200fx overclocking help

can some help
how far can you overclock the memory clock frequency.
at the moment i have it up to 500mhz and it runs ok.
will it go faster if so how much.
i am using coolbits.


spec,
cpu 2400xp runing 2100mhz (15x140)
asrock.k7s8x

Try it and see. I've found a good artifact tester is the point sprites test
of 3DMark2001.

You won't break your card by going too high (go up in small increments), but
when you notice artifacts clock it down 10 MHz or so and it should be fine.

You're lucky to get 500 MHz out of that card.

Depends, I have a Leadtek here which is happy at 280/580, but it's got
the faster ram.

hi i have been testing today and i have got my memory clock frequency to
513.0mhz
on 3dmark2003 my test score is 1175
on 3dmark2001 my test score is 5971
on 3dmark2000 my test score is7629
on all test i have skipping
you say i can keep going and won't break my card by going too high (go up in
small increments),so i will keep on going will let you no.

The 64bit 5200 I had had DDR 333 memory and highest it would go was 392 MHz.
Now that was a pissweak card.
