I've been looking at PSU's and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this PSU (or any insight).
Is it good for the price or should I forget about it?

I'm looking for a modular PSU in the sub $90 range with ≥650 watts. 

I'm a college student & first time builder, so I'm not looking for anything fancy, just quality.

Hi - I agree quality is way to go with PSU's. However kentek is
poor quality.

Quality brands: Seasonic, XFX, PC P&Cooling,Rosewill Capstone series,
most Corsair's, most Antec's, Enermax, & a few others.

BTW, unless you are going to CF/SLI you don't need 650w (no harm tho),

generally 450 - 550w is more than sufficient for one GPU.

Here's what I'm planning.
I've already purchased my i5-3570K & ASUS P8Z77-V PRO
I am probably going to OC the i5 from 34000 to 44000. (Air cooled)
Use 4 sticks of RAM
SSD (boot)
2 ~ 7200rpm HDDs
2 ~ 120mm fans
2 ~ 80mm fans

Uncertain what GPU I'm going to get, but have been looking at <$200 cards:
Radeon HD 7850 2 GB
Radeon HD 7770
GeForce GTX 650 Ti
I also am looking for the possibly be able to SLI/Crossfire in the future.

As for what I do on my computer, it's mostly gaming, but I do need to use design software like Adobe, CAD & Revit products.

Well all the GPU's you refer to call for less than 600watt PSU in 2 card setups. You will be better of with a quality 600watt than a crappy 775watt PSU. http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

Hi - For a quality modular 650w PSU, rolli's link is the best deal
avail right now, and is an excellent buy @ $60 net.
Most of the other quality options are going
to run over $90 right now. However, if you don't need it immediately,
there will almost certainly be more promo's occurring in the next few days.

According to NVIDIA the GeForce GTX 650 Ti doesn't support SLI mode.

For a system using two reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics cards in 2-way CrossFireX mode AMD specifies a minimum of an 600 Watt or greater power supply. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 39 Amps or greater and have at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Some of the non-reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics cards require at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors for each graphics card so the required power supply must have at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

No thermaltake is not good except very few. That is not one of the good ones.
