533 celeron FCPGA

Is the celeron 533 FCPGA a good overclocker? I wonder because they tend to sell for more than the 566's.

i seriously doubt it.
get the 566, overclock the system bus to 100mhz
then u got a 850mhz cellery

You shouldn't have any problems getting it to 800@100FSB, but may need to raise the core voltage to 1.70v or more. These slower Coppermine Cellerons are actually UNDERCLOCKED from the factory to get that lower voltage (1.50v), and the same core is normally used at 1.65v for higher speeds.
