I use my PC as multi-open Virtual machine and play CS Online/GTA 5.
I don't need to buy case(Corsair 780T),CPU Fan(Noctua NH-D15),DVD writter(LG GH24NSC0) and HDD(WD Blue 1TB+HGST 8TB).
I hope that hardware can be purchased in Hong Kong.

I also have in mind a hardware inventory. But someone say that three VGA cards and can not be installed on the motherboard.

Intel i7-5960X ($1029)
MSI X99A Gaming 7 ($270)
G.SKILL Ripjaws V 3000Mhz 64GB DDR4 RAM ($619)
KLEVV Urbane 480GB SSD ($154)
ADATA Premier Pro SP920 256GB SSD ($81)
GIGABYTE GV-N98TXTREME-6GD 980Ti 6GB GDDR5 x3 ($2244)
Corsair AX1500i ($451)
Noctua NF-F12 x6 ($177)
Noctua NF-A14 ($32)
Windows 7 Professional 64Bit (OEM) ($152)

Total: $5209

Who can give any suggest to me?

Solution
The motherboard has more than enough space for the 3 GPU's, and the Noctua is designed to clear the first slot when properly installed. You should have no problems.

1) SLI scaling past 2 cards is aweful, no sense in doing it. Get two Titan X instead (same price)
2) Don't use Win 7 if your goal is VMs, Windows 10 is MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better for that, between Hyper-V and RemoteFX
3) Consider 2x Samsung 850 EVO instead of your SSD choices. Usually same price but higher average performance

You can probably get 3200Mhz or 3333Mhz Trident Z memory for about the same price, and personally they look better than the Ripjaws V, but that's just my opinion. The 5960X most likely will be unable to handle those speeds but its always good to have faster memory just in case.

I also believe that 3 980 Ti's is absolute overkill, but to each their own i guess.

Lastly, when you're going to spend that kind of money, and you're going to buy that many GPU's, you will be outputting a lot of heat so I strongly reccomend you to build a custom liquid cooling loop and get rid of the bulky NH-D15. it will look better and it will cool down your GPU's too.

Considering this seems like a money is no object built, a pair of Samsung 850 PROs are probably the better performance bet.

I know that motherboard can run 3-Way Sli.
But I fear that three VGA cards can not be safely plugged into the motherboard.

What do you mean by that? The board is designed to handle 3 GPU's, there is enough space, as long as you have the case, PSU, and the cooling what is the problem?

OK,I think my probelm are solved.
I just worry about space probelm.

For example,
1.) Motherboard have enough space to install three display card?
2.) NH-D15 will withstand the first PCI-E slot? (If first PCI-E slot installed graphics card.)

For safety, I should buy two display cards first.
If it have remaining space, then buy third card.
