Can I run GTA 5 and GTA 5 online very smoothly? Ignore the loading time of games.

I have a i5 8th gen 8300h and GTX 1050 (4gb) with 5400rpm hdd and 16gb ram 2400mhz (dual channel).
I have played Witcher3 on very high setting at 60fps no lags, no stutter, butter smooth gameplay.
