Looks fine. Should run all the games you want to play pretty well. If you are one of those people that has to run all games at 60FPS you will want to spend more on the CPU and graphics card, but for most people that system will work great.

Might be worth spending a tiny bit more on the power supply if you plan to upgrade to the R9 290 or something like that in the future, but thats up to you. That power supply would still run the R9 280X and 380X brilliantly, although I am not on expert an power supply reliability.

Looks decent given your budget. I have had the best luck with Corsair PSUs. You don't want to step up to a SSD hard drive? The difference is amazing! You can get a small one and use it for the OS and software, then put a 7200 RPM to hold games, pics, and music so you don't fill the SSD (Okay, I'm in your wallet again, lol).

fx 8320 on an fx97 mobo, im thinking problems and fluctations will occur but im not a 100% sure. just dont overclock on that board. the fx 8 and 9 series requires atleast a fx-990 mobo to run at its full capacity.

those 970 mobo are made for fx 4 and 6 series

all in all if it works it will run new games pretty well even on ultra.

That Asus motherboard comes recommended by a lot of people on tomshardware. Don't worry about spending more on the motherboard unless you plan to do a massive overclock like 4.5GHZ. However it might be worth spending a bit of extra money on a better cooler, but that is up to you. If you don't plan to overclock then don't worry about it.

the bios is fine, im talking about the power output of your motherboard. if you insist on going with it just don't overclock too high or don't overclock at all.

we had issues here were pipz had an 8350 and a 970 mobo having poor performance or fluctuating in game in any game title due to the motherboard not enough to handle the power hungry 8350.

but i guess you can try it out the 8320 does have lower frequency than the 8350.
