Hi everyone! Im planning on building a gaming pc around 550 pounds. I need help with choosing the parts. I'm not an expert in this ''PC building area'' but i know some stuff. I planned out a build and any advice would be much appreciated. BTW I dont plan overclocking

CPU: Intel Core i5 4460 3.2 Ghz
GPU: MSI Nvidia Gtx 750ti
MOBO: MSI Gaming 3 Intel h97 chipset
RAM:Corsair 8gb DDR3 1600mhz
PSU: EVGA 500w 80plus Bronze
HDD: WD Blue 1tb
OD: LiteOn 24x
Case: Themaltake Versa H23

This PC won't be used for hardcore Ultra gaming but I want to be getting good FPS in games like Far Cry 4 or Battlefield 4 on high settings.

AMD option just for variety:

Here you can look CPU benchmarks (Battlefield 4 ) http://www.hardwarepal.com/best-cpu-gaming-9-processors-8-games-tested/

Thanks all for the quick response! I found all of your builds worth considering but i just want to ask a question to you. Would it not be better to get a better mobo for this system?
And BTW I think I'm gonna go with an r9 280 or 280x instead of the GTX 750ti.

Thanks

Ok thanks for the reply.
